Reggie the Squirrel-Coon

A lone raccoon grows up under the care of squirrels after his mother was taken from him. As Reggie is made fun of by the other animals for thinking hes a squirrel he must learn that being different doesn't mean he has to be an outsider. With the help of his new family Reggie learns where he belongs.

Favorite Children's Book

My favorite book when I was a kid was the Rainbow Fish by Marcus Pfister. I loved the shiny scales on the cover and the pretty colors. I think the book was about a beautiful fish that was at first self centered and would'nt share its scales. It later relizes that it's not happy being so stingy so it gives a scale to other fish until it has just one left.

Movie Review

Pirates of the Caribbean: Curse of the Black Pearl proved to be an exciting adventure movie starring Johnny Depp , Geoffrey Rush, Orlando Bloom and Keira Knightly. It's mainly about the cursed pirates on the Black Pearl with Jack Sparrow (Johnny Depp) trying to get his ship back and seeks revenge on Barbosa (Geoffrey Rush). To do this he teams up with Will Turner (Orlando Bloom) who is trying to save his beloved Elizabeth (Keira Knightly) from the cursed pirates.
After watching this movie everyone had something to say about Depp's unique character. Some thought he was gay while others thought he was just constantly drunk. One thing about him was almost everyone loved him. Orlando Bloom's character seemed boring at times but he added the seriousness that the movie needed. I thought the movie was hilarious and the music was very catchy. Overall it's one of my favorite movies.
